do you require a contract?
no contract needed—it’s an open-ended agreement you can cancel at anytime with proper notice. (this applies to premium pack members)
how often am I billed?
easy, small weekly payments—your credit card is billed every sunday. (this applies to premium pack members)
does my plan offer any discounts on other services?
yes—your premium pack membership gives you our lowest rates on both daycare and boarding; and some additional perks!
how does boarding work with my plan?
premium pack members get priority for boarding reservations and can apply weekly enrollment toward their overnight stay invoice; if you stay beyond your enrolled days, you’ll pay the plan rate, while non-members pay the standard rate. You may also up your plan to coincide with your stay duration.
for flex pack members you can apply any purchased days to the day and the same $30 per night charge applies.
is my dog required to attend daycare the same days each week?
no, with all daycare days you are not required to come the same day each week but it is encouraged for dogs who thrive on a regular schedule. premium pack members do get priority booking as one of their perks to ensure your pup never misses out on the fun.
can I change my plan?
absolutely—just let us know before your next Sunday billing date and we’ll update or cancel your plan per our agreement. (applies to premium pack members)
can I purchase more days without changing my plan?
yes—buy additional daycare days anytime and we’ll honor your plan rate.
can both of my dogs use one plan?
each dog needs their own plan to ensure the best care and accurate booking.
flex pack members can share their purchased days between multiple dogs on their account.
will I get a receipt?
definitely—you’ll receive a weekly email confirming your charge.
and additionally all membership types will be provided a receipt via email for every transaction.
can I pause my plan?
yes—you can pause for up to eight weeks per year with at least one week’s notice before billing, so your spot is waiting when you return. (this applies to premium memberships)
how do I cancel?
simply give us your 28 day notice and we’ll cancel your plan—no penalties or hoops to jump through. your pup is encouraged to use their daycare during the notice period, we love to get the extra snuggles in. (notice applies to premium memberships)
do i get access to the webcams?
absolutely! all daycare includes camera access. our webcams offer unmatched transparency, so you can check in on your pup anytime, from anywhere. No guessing, no secrets—just peace of mind that your dog is happy, safe, and having a great day.
